Online Orders
You can buy items online via a PayPal ordering system.
You will receive an automated e-mail response confirming that your order has been processed.
At the same time, we will receive notification of your order. Your credit card is processed by PayPal, and the items picked and packed ready to ship.
We delete all electronic records of your credit card number and personal details. We keep a copy of the invoice and the credit card receipt.
Online Fraud
Due to increasing attempts at fraud with online orders, especially from outside the UK, 27Putts reserves the right to decline any order that we deem not to be genuine. If this is the case an alternative method of payment can be discussed.
We also do not send out credit card receipts with your invoice, as this holds your credit card number. If you would like this copy, we can arrange for it to be posted to you, but this is at your own risk.
Payment
Payment will be taken at the point of sale - if for any reason there is a delay on the item you will be contacted to determine if you would like a refund or keep payment on file until goods are ready for dispatch. If payment is by cheque, the goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

Complaints
27Putts strives to provide the highest level of customer service. If you feel that we have not met that aim, then please e-mail us on complaints@27Putts.com. Your initial complaint will receive a response within 5 working days, informing you of time scales to address your complaint. Your complaint will be dealt with fairly and as quickly as possible, in a confidential manner. If the complaint cannot be resolved immediately you will receive a weekly update on progress. Any information gathered through this procedure is used to monitor and improve our operating practices and procedures.

Money Back Guarantee
All items have a 7 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your item, please return it, unused and in its original packaging to the above address. Please note we cannot refund postage & packaging charges.
Consumer Rights
The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service. We reserve the right to withhold goods and cancel orders at anytime.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your order please phone us on 0161 439 1819 as soon as possible. However, as we endeavor to ship your order the same day, it may not always be possible to cancel your order.
Returning Goods
We have split returns into two sections these are Faulty Goods or Unwanted Goods.
Faulty Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will offer either a replacement item to be sent, or a full refund for the item(s). We would ask that the faulty item(s) is returned within 14 days. We will also reimburse you for the cost of return postage. Proof of the cost of postage will be required.
Unwanted Goods
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days commencing the day after you receive your goods. The unwanted item(s) must be returned undamaged and in original packaging to receive a full refund. We will refund the cost of the item(s), (not the postage), that you return in the above condition, within 30 days from the day you first notified of your intention to cancel.
